A safe space for participants to find support & journey with trusted facilitators & others towards wholeness.

Guided by trusted facilitators, participants will learn more about their issues and experiences, discuss what they have learnt and share how it applies to their lives. Each session aims to lead participants to reflect more deeply and empower them with healthy strategies to cope.

Participants can find strength and hope from hearing the similar struggles of others and supporting each other towards wholeness.

To assess how best to meet our participant’s needs, we will be conducting an interview session for individuals who are keen to seek our services. Support group members are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, in order to create a safe space for everyone to share.
